ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Harry P. Magnusson was a Pool & Billiard Parlor Proprietor in the teens in Wilber, Nebraska. From 1913 to 1916 he was in a partnership with a fellow named Shestak and there are M & S Pool Hall tokens from Wilber. In 1917 I find Magnusson & Co. Pool Hall...but I did not find any M & D.
