This token is listed in Cunningham's MILITARY TOKENS OF THE UNITED STATES...but only in the Index at the back of the book. See page 359 - token # C2420 - which is the sixth listing from the bottom of the page. This token is listed there as coming from Ft Wingate, NM and Fort Duchesne, UT.

The Fifth Cavalry was at both Forts in the very early years of the 20th Century. I have confirmed that Troop H of the 5th Cavalry was at Ft Wingate in 1902 and at Fort Duchesne, Utah in 1901 by checking the postings of members of Troop H.
