This is Cunningham MT-250b. Super rare token.

All known copies of this token have been dug and have darkened surfaces.

Fort Missoula is in west central Montana, about mid way between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks. It was established in 1877 to deal with problems with the Nez Perce and was initially abandoned in 1898. Thereafter, it was reopened and closed several times until 1921 when it was garrisoned on a continuing basis.
