R. Gallagher was a Saloon Proprietor in Lima, Montana at the turn of the 20th Century. He has a Business Directory listing, for example, in the 1900 R. L. Polk Gazetteer. He was also listed as a Cattle & Horse Broker at a little later date - 1908.
