Charles H. Brumfield was a Saloon Proprietor in Ringling, Montana in the teens. He has Saloon listings in Business Directories from about 1914 to 1919. See, for example, the 1914 Bradstreet and the 1916 Polk Saloon List. Ringling is about 24 miles south of White Sulphur Springs.
