Charles P. Carroll ran a Tavern in Whitetail, Montana starting just before the arrival of Prohibition in 1919. After the start of Prohibition, he was listed in most Montana Gazetteers and Directories from 1920 to 1925 as a Pool Hall and Confectionery Store owner. The attributor on this token was Ford Knight.
