W. H. Kelley has a well known horse bit token from Forsyth, Montana but this BBC8 token is not listed.

William Kelley (also spelled Kelly) was a Saloon Proprietor in Forsyth from the early teens(when this token was issued) to the arrival of Prohibition in 1919. After 1919 his listing shifter to soft drinks.
