This is an BBC8 error token. Jacobson is mistakenly spelled Jabobson.

John A. Jacobson was a Saloon Proprietor in Saco, Montan back in the teens. You can find Montana Business Directory listings for him in the 1912 R. G. Dun and the 1914 Bradstreet. A copy of his Dun listing is provided below,
