Frank Bliss was a saloon operator in Livingston, Montana. from about 1906 all the way up to the arrival of Prohibition in 1919. His saloon was at 117 W. Park and he is listed in 1906, 1908 and 1912 Montana Gazetteers. For a late listing see the 1919 R. G Dun.
